No Advice Fees? What’s the catch?

Sorry to repeat ourselves, but there really isn’t one. We do not charge an advice fee, full stop. Can other mortgage brokers say the same?
We get paid by the mortgage lender or insurer for introducing you to them and filling in the forms on their behalf, thus saving them the staffing and office costs they’d normally incur if you went to them direct. We’ll tell you how much we’re due to get paid by the lender as a standard part of the process. And don’t worry, our being paid in this way doesn’t push up the cost of your mortgage, with you getting the benefit of impartial advice and help with the application process along the way.
